Beer Garden: Noon - 10 pm Sat Noon - 4pm Sun
Setup: Noon - 7 Fri Take down: 3pm Sun
All booths are located in direct sunlight.
All booths are reserved on a first come, first serve basis.
We suggest you bring a shade tent for your personal comfort.
Chairs and tables are not provided, so please be sure to bring what you need.
Vendors and participants from previous years have first priority for booth space.

Note to all Vendors - Donation for Raffle
In addition to your booth fee, you are requested to donate something to the raffles that will be held during the day.
The item along with your business card will be displayed at the information booth until it is raffled.

Rules and Code of Conduct
This information, Rules and Code of Conduct are provided to all participants, which includes
Presenters, Entertainers, Vendors, Spiritual Readers/Consultants & Healers, Volunteers and Staff.
Vendors should have a copy of your Business/Resale License/Food Vending/Health Permits.
You are also solely responsible for collecting and reporting all sales and income taxes for your business.
Vendors must supply their own shade, canopy/tent, tables, chairs, etc.
If you have applied for and been approved, a canopy/tent is provided (limited number are available)
No vending tents/canopies larger than 10’ X 20’.
Vending times: Saturday 10am – 5pm and Sunday 10am – 5pm.
All booths must be set up & ready by 10:00am, Saturday, June 19th.
Set-up may begin at 12p.m. on Friday, June 18th.
Tear down may begin at 3pm on Sunday, June 20th.
Must be clear from Bison Ranch by 9 am Monday June 21st.
All participants will conduct themselves in a well-behaved and lawful manner at all times.
Participants will be responsible for all members of their party.
Children under 12 years of age must be attended by a responsible adult at all times!
No open flames allowed in booth area.
Alcohol is permitted only within the Beer Garden and not within the Faire itself.
Drug free zone - No illegal drugs or substances are allowed to be brought onto the premises of the park/festival area

No illegal feathers or animal parts are allowed to be brought onto the premises of the park/festival area.
No nudity!
No guns or firearms of any type are allowed.
There will be no moving of booths once they are assigned.
You are renting a 10x10 or 10x20 space that will be assigned. We will take requests into consideration; however the vendor coordinator has the final say.
Again, no electricity is available.
These Rules will be strictly enforced!
Any violation will result in the forfeiture of any fees/donations given and immediate banishment from the festival.

Neither the Promoters nor Property Owners will be responsible for injury, breakage, theft, or loss of any kind.
All Presenters, entertainers, vendors, spiritual readers/consultants, authors, healers, and other participants in the Shanta Ista ULC High In The Pines Mystical Faire and their employees, group members, and volunteers
agree to hold harmless the Promoters and Property Owners for any and all claims for loss, damage, injury or liability from all activities while occupying said premises.
Vendors and their employees agree to comply with the list of information, rules, and code of conduct provided with this disclaimer by the Promoters.
All said Participants and their employees, group members, and volunteers agree to comply with the decisions made by the Promoters, Property Owners
or their Agents as to the enforcement of the said list of information, rules and code of conduct.
The Promoters will do their best to fulfill the requirements of all said Participants; however, the layout of the entire Event will be at the exclusive discretion of the Promoters, unless prior agreement is contractually stipulated
in writing and signed by the Promoters.
By signing this you are agreeing to this disclaimer and verifying that you have read the “information, rules and code of conduct." Upon acceptance by promoter this will become a contract.
